Evening Events

This evening course will  introduce you to what energy healing is, the types of modalities that fall under this category, how energy healing can benefit you and your  family and some basic and playful exercises that can help you develop  your ability to feel and experience energy healing. This class is  designed for those who are curious about energy healing are a looking  into taking classes, whether it be Reiki or other modalities. This  evening will give you an overview of energy healing as a whole to see if it's a fit for you.

If you have ever been curious about what Reiki is, we will starting a new evening workshop and  information night on Reiki and energy work. You will get a chance to find out what Reiki is about, what you will  learn in a Reiki class, and  how it will benefit you.  

You will also  have a chance  to experience a short Reiki session for yourself. This class is great for those who are interested in taking Reiki classes and / or  booking  a full session and just want a sample to see if it might be for  you.

In this introductory evening class, you will be  introduced to who these magical beings are and learn a few basic  techniques that will help you to be in an open and receptive state so  that you can communicate with the Angels. You will also be guided  through a basic meditation to meet your Higher Self that you will be  able to use  any time you like for your own self-healing, growth and  transformation. You will receive a hand-out of all of the techniques  taught in the intro, so that you can practice on your own.

Learn the basics of what intuition is and isn't, what the intuitive  abilities are and a basic technique on how you can begin to develop your  intuition so you can be you own guide and more easily connect with you  higher self, guides and Angels.  

 As  practitioners, we often forget that we need to receive   healing as  well. Our healing circles offer you the opportunity to share your    healing gifts with others, as well as receive a healing with other  experienced   healers. Our circles are open to practitioners of any  healing modality and   experience level.  

 A  talking circle is a traditional Indigenous healing tool using a talking  stick. We begin by "smudging in", where we pass around a   mixture of  sage, sweetgrass, cedar and lavender which cleanses any unwanted energies. 

We then pass around a Talking Stick; giving everyone in the  circle the opportunity to speak whatever is in their heart or mind. Whoever is holding the talking stick has the floor and all others in  the circle listen from their heart   space and does not interrupt the  speaker. Each circle we will have a moderator to ensure that sacred space is held, boundaries are honoured and the circle keeps moving and will select a topic for each round.

Candice  Creelman will guide you through a  healing experience with the help of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls,  drums and voice.

You  will also experience two powerful techniques for clearing away old  patterns, trauma, stress and so much more, through movement and voice. She will then take you on a guided journey to connect, communicate and receive a healing from your Angelic guides.

Allow  yourself to be immersed and fall into a deep and transformational  journey that will leave you refreshed, alive, energized and connected to  the divine.

Please  bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a yoga mat / blanket or  something soft to lay down on and a pillow. Whatever you need to be  comfortable laying down.

 The Galactic Council &  Pleiadian DNA Clearing & Activation is an attunement  that  works on an etheric level to awaken and develop the full 12 strand  DNA system that is the inheritance of all humans.  This awakens additional spiritual healing capacities and talents within us which  can assist us and enhance our lives in many ways. 

This system clears any  blockages and activates the dormant elements of your DNA coding in  order to fulfill  the potential of your spiritual energetic blueprint.  This is a powerful system and  one that affects the energy vibration on all levels; increasing the  basal vibrational rate of the individual.  

We begin the evening with  calling in sacred space, and then a meditation to prepare the space and  participants, followed by a clearing with the Archangels, in order to  prepare the energy systems for the DNA activations. After the  transmission, there is a sound healing session with Tibetan Singing  Bowls that will help to integrate the changes that have taken place, as  well as a sharing and closing of sacred space. 

DNA Activations are never the same twice, as each activation is transmitted individually by the Galactic & Pleadian Councils, through the channel. Every time you receive an activation, you will receive whatever is divinely intended for your highest good, designed to gently guide you into  your next step on your spiritual journey.

 You will be guided through a  non-invasive, self directed and   empowering healing process that will  release the muscle known as the Psoas. You will also learn about how the  health of this important muscle affects all areas of your life.

The Psoas muscle is a major  muscle which stabilizes   the base of the spine, allowing it to flex,  and rotating the hips for a free   range of movement. When kept limber,  the psoas functions smoothly with the other   muscles of the body to  support an upright posture and a flexible lower spine and   hips.

The psoas is also known as a  “sacred” muscle in the body which   stores physical / mental / emotional  / sexual energy, memory, trauma and stress.   By releasing the  Iliopsoas muscle, stress, emotions and other types of trauma will be    released through the use of a non-invasive and self-guided technique.  You will leave this workshop with the ability to use this technique any  time you choose.

You can either take a single group session and use this technique on your own after that, or you can join us on a regular basis.

 Once a year we hold a sacred heading journey where you will be guided through several practices that will transform and prepare you for an  extraordinary New Year.

• Tantric practices that will deepen your connection to self and others

 What is Cuddle’s ‘N Community?
 

It is a play shop in non-sexual touch, boundaries and communication, followed by a couple of hours to put what you’ve learned into practice by enjoying and exploring touch. 

(Think hugs, foot rubs, back rubs, spooning, non-sexual snuggling and “puppy piles”)
 

It's a social event centred around boundaries, intimacy and touch. It's a fabulously relaxing and engaging good time.

Significance of the Lunar Cycles and Moon Ceremonies
 

There is tremendous power in harnessing the energy and rhythms of the moon. Whether  you want to improve your health, your career, or your relationships,  the phases of the moon are a road map to manifestation, healing and transformation. When you align with the lunar cycles, you can  work with natural forces to clarify and continually refine what you want  to call into your life until it comes to fruition.  

Full Moon

During  the Full  Moon Meditation we will guide you, using sacred Tibetan  Singing bowls, sound and guided meditation to bring you into alignment  with the energies of these powerful and sacred times. Feel free to bring  any sound and musical instruments to the meditations: drums, crystal  singing bowls, or even your own voice, etc. 

This moon phase is  the time of abundance, ripening and completeness. The light of the full  moon brings about manifestation of, or progress toward our  goals.  We can see where we are in the process of  realization of the Divine plan.

New Moon

 A new lunar phase begins with the appearance of a new moon. The energy most associated with this phase is that of starting fresh.  

As a new moon represents the start of a new lunar cycle, it symbolizes new beginnings.

The energy of a new moon can be used to achieve their goals or start on a new project.

They also reflect on their old goals and set themselves new ones.

Celebration & Ritual

As with the Lunar cycles, the times of Solstice and Equinox not only mark the sun's journey around the Earth, but they are times of more powerful energy and transformation. It is for this reason that many cultures around the world celebrate and perform rituals to usher in these new energies in order to harness their power.

At these times of the year, we will hold gatherings of sacred space and celebrate these yearly events.

Winter Solstice

On December 21, we celebrate the return of the light and its life-giving essence. Not only do we have the wonderful experience of beginning to have more light, the winter solstice also offers us the opportunity for honest, inner self-reflection. As we get ready to move powerfully into 2009, we can use the solstice’s gift of light to identify the personal challenges that we are dealing with and to transform them. One of the most significant offerings of the winter solstice is that we can use the gift of light to light up our own darkness to see what needs to change in our lives so we may live more authentically with more happiness and balance. When we have the courage to undertake the inner work, both our essence and our outer persona grows stronger and brighter, mirroring the lengthening hours of light on Earth. The following ceremony should be done on or near the solstice. 

Summer Solstice

As the Earth started tilting back toward the sun our spirits began to  wake up. We moved out of those more inward-focused days and started  stretching outward. Spring is like waking up in the morning, getting out  of bed & stretching.

Here, at the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, we are  fully awake. Our spirits are alive, refreshed, renewed, energized; all  that good, juicy, rich stuff we feel in the sun.

On these long days of summer our spirits yearn to be out, to feel alive, to be moving, and celebrating.

With the summer solstice, there is an absolute abundance of that rich fire  energy available for you & me to soak up as well. We can use that  energy to inspire up, to uplift us, to energize us. To light our fires.

Equinox

The word equinox comes from Latin and means, "equality of night and day". At this point in time, the sun is directly above the hemisphere,  meaning that both halves of the Earth are receiving the sun's rays  equally, and the length of day and night are pretty much the same. There  are two equinoxes each year — one in the spring and one in the fall. 

Spring Equinox

The Spring Equinox is a joyful holiday centered around  rebirth & growth. It is the arrival of spring! The Earth is coming  alive again. 

The Spring Equinox is a festival of awakening, and rebirth. The dark months are now over & we’re moving into the warmth of  the light. With the Spring Equinox your spirit is waking up with new  ideas & new dreams for your life. It’s fresh, warm energy has the  power to make you feel alive & inspired.

Autumn Equinox

It stands for balance among the seasons, the hours of daylight and darkness — since the equinox occurs when the sun shines directly over the equator and gives us equal  time with sunlight and darkness — and Libras themselves tend to crave  balance in every aspect of their lives.
